Additionally, for a coffee to be considered decaf by the United States Department of Agriculture, it can still contain up to 3% caffeine. The Swiss Water Process of decaffeination removes 99.99% of the caffeine content and maintains all the healthy antioxidants that are typically destroyed in a chemical decaf process.
